Stirling Walking Tour

stirling ghost walk

Looking for something else to do in Stirling? There's much more to Stirling than our fine Castle.

Discover the Secrets of Stirling's Old Town.

Welcome to the Royal Burgh of Stirling, the ancient seat of the Kings and Queens of Scotland, where Wallace and Bruce enjoyed their greatest victories - a place of siege and strife where Royalists, Roundheads, Jacobites and Covananters contested for control of the nation.

Let our local guide take you on a journey through the curious nooks and crannies of the Burgh, revealing some of Stirling's strangest tales. Hear how the Tolbooth Prison became famed as the worst gaol in Britain, of the magical curse placed upon Mar's Wark by the fiery Abbot of Cambuskenneth, and all manner of mayhem, mischief and mystery from the mouths of a host of colourful local characters. The tours offer a unique mix of comedy, drama and storytelling.

Have a great night out on Stirling Ghost Walk, a guided tour of Stirling's historic Old Town, led by actors in the guise of the spooks themselves, mixing drama, comedy and storytelling.
