The flat is approximately ten minutes walk from the centre of Stirling, which has a wide selection of restaurants, shops, bars, bistros etc.
It is also about ten minutes drive from the motorway. The castle is also close at hand as are many of the other historical attractions that the town has to offer.

The lounge is comfortably furnished and has a television, video, and hi-fi, just in case it rains!
There is gas central heating throughout the flat, and a gas fire in the lounge, all with current safety certificate.

Each bedroom has a double bed, and one also has a single bed.
The kitchen has a double oven, gas hob, automatic washing machine, microwave oven, freezer and a refrigerator. There is also a dining table and chairs.

The main entrance to the building has a security entrance system.
There is off street parking adjacent to the building.
There is a small semi-enclosed garden to the rear of the building.

The cost of accommodation is
£225 per week for June and
£250 for July and August.

Terms and Conditions
The flat is let from Saturday to Saturday, with "check in time" as close to 2p.m. as possible.
Departure time is 10a.m. which allows us to prepare the flat for the next arrivals.
The price quoted is inclusive of gas, electricity, and bed linen. We do not supply towels.
A deposit of one hundred pounds is required to secure your booking, with the balance being payable three weeks prior to your arrival. (Could all cheques be made payable to Patrick & Jennifer Hackett please.)
