This is a modern, three-bedroom, semi-detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac just 300 metres from the town centre, train station and bus station.

Both Edinburgh and Glasgow are about 45 minutes away and the Trossachs and Highlands are less than one hour.

Upstairs: one double bedroom, one twin room and one single room.

There is a bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs.

The house is carpeted throughout and has gas central heating.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

There is a private parking space to the front of the house.

All bed linen is provided but we ask you to bring towels.

It is non smoking and no pets.


Prices Per Week
Jan-June and Sept to Dec 665 Euros per week July and August 885 Euros per week

We are very flexible on changeover day and we accept short stay bookings (minimum 3 nights).
We normally ask for 25% as a booking deposit with the balance 8 weeks before arrival.
The prices are fully inclusive. There are no extras.
Payment can be by normal cheque, bank transfer or by credit card on Paypal.


Additional Information
The nearest shops are about 250 metres with an Aldi supermarket, a large Farmfoods frozen food store, a KFC fast food restaurant, a bakers and a car rental office.
The main centre of Stirling is about 300 metres with all the high street stores and lots of eating places.
You can locate the house exactly in any of the map websites by entering the postcode (FK7 7PF).
For visitors coming via Glasgow Prestwick airport (Ryanair) the rail connection costs about £8 return.
