This new three bedroom, detached villa in Tullibody, is set in a new development, within ten minutes drive from Stirling with its wide selection of shops, restaurants and local amenities. The villa is set on two levels and is furnished to a high standard throughout. Ideal for a family of up to six or for two couples travelling together.
The villa is centrally heated throughout, and has double glazed windows.

Accommodation

villa, tullibody near stirling On the ground floor is the West facing lounge which affords magnificent views over the Ochil Hills and West towards the Wallace monument and Ben Lomond. The lounge is comfortably furnished with television, video, music system and a selection of books and videos.

villa, tullibody near stirling Also on the ground floor is the breakfast/dining room with French windows leading out to the decked garden area. This is adjoined to the fully fitted kitchen. Within the kitchen are an oven, gas hob, and an automatic washing machine, and a fridge freezer.
There is also a W.C. on the ground floor.

On the upper floor are the three bedrooms (one double, one twin and one bunk) and the family bathroom. The master bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room and W.C.


TARIFF
The cost of the villa is from £200 per week.
Included in the cost are bed linen, gas and electricity. There are also a small amount of domestic items such as toilet rolls and washing up liquid.

The villa is let on a weekly basis with the week running from Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is around 3pm - this allows us to prepare the property for your arrival.
Departure time is 10a.m.

To secure a booking we ask for a deposit of £200. For arrivals within six weeks of booking we ask for the full payment on booking. The balance is due six weeks prior to your arrival.
We accept payment by cheque, postal order and cash.

INFORMATION
We are able to provide you with a travel cot (linen not provided) and a high chair if given sufficient notice.
We regret that we do not accept pets.

LOCATION
Within ten minutes drive from Stirling with its wide selection of shops, restaurants and local amenities.
The road and rail network provides convenient links to Glasgow, Edinburgh, the North and Scotland's central belt.

The villa is ideally situated to cater for a wide range of activities such as golf, walking, cycling fishing, water sports and travelling around Scotland by car due to its central location. Additional information can be arranged on request.

The new Trossachs National Park is within easy striking distance. Also very close at hand is the city of Stirling with its many historical buildings and sites of interest, not least of all being the magnificent castle.
