Luxury self catering accommodation in the Heart of Scotland. Rossburnlane Farmhouse is situated next to a quiet country lane in the farming district of Blairdrummond, 5 miles north of Stirling.

This country setting allows you to enjoy beautiful views over the surrounding farmland towards the hills and mountains all around. Blairdrummond Safari Park is just a short walk or drive along the road as is the main A84 road which leads to Callander and the Trossachs where you will find some of the finest scenery Scotland has to offer.

Rossburn sleeps up to 6 people plus baby, although there is plenty of space for an extra guest. It has ample parking space, a private garden and courtyard, ideal for summer barbeques.

Accommodation

Rossburn has recently been refurbished to an excellent 4 star rated high standard with quality furnishings and fittings throughout.

Downstairs there is a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a wood burning stove, the main bathroom and a large twin bedroom.
Upstairs is the master bedroom, another twin room and a shower room. All beds are made up for your arrival with fresh cotton bedding.

Modern Facilities

Rossburn is Wi-FiI enabled. Electrical goods include a colour digital TV, DVD and CD player, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, iron and hair dryers.

Rossburn has oil central heating with radiators in every room. A high chair, cot (cot linen not included) and fold down bed for an extra guest are all present (£10 charge for an extra guest). A small chest freezer, tumble drier and BBQ are also available for use. There is also a supply of fire wood for the stove.

Please note we do not accept pets and smoking is prohibited in all of our properties.

Weeks run from Friday to Friday.
Prices quoted include all electricity, heating, linen and towels.
We are open all year round to take individual and group bookings.

When booking - a deposit calculated at one third of total tariff is payable. The balance is payable one month before arrival. (It is always best to check availability by phone or email before booking)

Fresh Flowers On Arrival
You will find fresh flowers on your arrival along with a complimentary tray set with tea, coffee, milk, sugar and shortbread.

For your convenience a small supply of domestic goods (toilet rolls, dishwasher powder, washing up liquid etc) is also provided. There is a good selection of games, books, CDs, DVDs, local maps and plenty of tourist information.

Rossburnlane Farmhouse is situated 5 miles north of Stirling and 3 miles from the main North/South motorway (M9 Jnt.10).

Blairdrummond Safari Park is just along the road.

A short drive takes you to the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park where you are free to explore some of Scotland's most beautiful lochs and mountains.

Rossburnlane is only 50 minutes drive from Scotland's capital city Edinburgh and its largest city Glasgow.
