This delightful self contained studio apartment forms part of a house in a farm steading development set in peaceful surroundings, yet very close to the City of Stirling. The cosy centrally heated apartment, ideal for 1or 2 people, is imaginatively decorated and well equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay.

Private on site parking is available and your own private transport is preferable as there are no public transport facilities nearby.

Accommodation

The compact yet charming accommodation is on the first floor and accessed via the internal house stairs with its own locked door leading into a private hallway.

The accommodation comprises a bedroom/sitting room with double bed, storage, hairdryer and sitting area with chairs and television. The bathroom has a bath with shower above, shaver point and complimentary toiletries.

The kitchenette is well equipped with microwave, halogen oven, fridge/freezer, iron, table and chairs and a plentiful supply of assorted crockery and cutlery.

A complimentary welcome pack of tea, coffee etc. is left in the kitchen for your arrival.

In house laundry facilities are available on request.

For stays of over 1 week the Studio is cleaned once a week and fresh linen/towels replaced.

This is your space and you can come and go whenever it suits you!

Tariff

* The weekly rent of £195 is inclusive of all linen (sheets, towels, dish cloths), cleaning materials, basic toiletries, gas central heating, hot water and electricity.

* Shorter breaks are available from £45 per night (minimum stay of 2 nights), reducing to £40 per night for bookings of up to 5 nights ( maximum charge of £195).

A deposit of £100 is requested on booking with the final balance payable 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Longer stays are also available at reduced rates and available on application.

Arrival and departure times are flexible and we look forward to welcoming you to South Kersebonny - a smoke free zone!

Stirling offers a perfect base for touring the breathtaking scenery of Scotland. The flat is conveniently situated for touring, hill walking, cycling and exploring the beautiful surroundings. There are castles, outstanding architecture, unrivalled scenery, excellent restaurants, country walks and shopping all within a short distance of the steading.

Stirling University Campus with its buzzing Arts Centre and beautiful grounds is only a 10 minute drive away, where the backdrop of the Ochil Hills completes the picture. With excellent transport links you are ideally situated to explore the glorious surroundings further afield.
