Situated on the Carse of Stirling, Hawthorn Cottage was purpose built in 2001 to the highest possible standard and offers all the facilities and comforts required to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

West Drip is a family run arable farm, it enjoys panoramic views over farmland towards the Wallace Monument, Ochil and Gargunnock Hills, and beyond.
Sorry No Dogs except guide dogs.

West Drip Farm is situated 3 miles north of Stirling and 1 mile from the main north/south motorway (M9 Jnt.10). Blairdrummond Safari Park is just up the road as is the road to the Trossachs where you can enjoy some of Scotland's most beautiful lochs and mountains.
We are 40 minutes drive from Scotland's capital city Edinburgh and its largest city Glasgow.

Accommodation
Hawthorn Cottage is a lovely detatched cottage, which sleeps up to 6 people plus baby. It has ample parking space and a private garden with a children's swing. The cottage is wheelchair friendly with a ramp at the front door and all accommodation on the same level.

Inside there is a large open plan fitted kitchen, dining and living area with french doors which open onto a garden patio with furniture.

There are 3 bedrooms, one double with an en-suite shower room and 2 twin rooms. The main bathroom is suitable for disabled use.
The kitchen area is fully fitted with oak kitchen units and houses a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. Cooking is by electric. The dining table comfortably seats 6.
The master bedroom enjoys the luxury of an ensuite shower room and all three bedrooms have built in wardrobes.

Weeks run from Saturday to Saturday.
Prices quoted include all electricity, heating, linen and towels.
£10 charge for extra guest (7th person).
We are open all year round to take individual and group bookings.

When booking - a deposit calculated at one third of total tariff is payable. The balance is payable one month before arrival.
(It is always best to check availability by phone or email before booking)

For your arrival a complimentary tray is set with tea, coffee, milk, sugar and shortbread.
A small supply of domestic utilities (toilet roll, dishwasher powder, washing up liquid etc) is also present on arrival.

Electricity includes an electric feature fire, digital TV and DVD player; WI-FI broadband; washing machine; dishwasher; microwave; fridge and CD player.
High chair, cot (cot linen not included), BBQ and fold down bed for an extra guest are available on request (£10 charge for fold down bed).
Extra freezer space and tumble drier available at farm.

A selection of adults and childrens games, books and videos are provided for your enjoyment.
