The villa is fully equipped with all appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The detached villa can sleep nine, which includes one king size, 1 twin, 1 double and three singles.

Recliner sofas in Lounge, satellite TV, Video/DVD player.

Upstairs seated Lounge area with TV/DVD combi.

Master Bedroom has ensuite shower and TV and hairdryer available.

The well equipped kitchen has a dishwasher and a fridge freezer. utility room has washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and clothes drying facilities.

The Bathroom has jacuzzi bath and shower.

Downstairs toilet and wash hand basin.

Getting Here

Heading North on the M9 from Edinburgh, come off at junction 7, then join the M876 heading for Kincardine Bridge A876.

At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A876 signposted Alloa to cross the Clackmannanshire Bridge.

At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A977. At the Gartarry roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A907.

At Marywood roundabout continue forward onto the A907 (Stirling).

At the Parkmill roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the B909 (Sauchie).

At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A908 (Tillicoultry, Sauchie, Alva).

At mini-roundabout bear right onto the A908. Three quarters of a mile turn left onto Whyteyetts Place.

Continue straight on down Devon Valley Drive and 12 Devon Valley Drive is the 7th house on your left (to your right is the parkline with old tower).
