Bridgend Court enjoys a quiet peaceful setting on the banks of the Allan Water in Dunblane, a Cathedral town within commuting distance of Glasgow, Edinburgh and Perth, with a main line station two minutes walk away, and a short drive from the M9 motorway. Stirling is a few minutes away by train or car. Number 17 has a private garage.
The beautiful surrounding countryside provides opportunities for golfing, walking and sightseeing with Loch Lomond, the Trossachs, Loch Katrine and Stirling a short distance away. Gleneagles Golf course is a fifteen minute drive away and can also be reached by train, and there are numerous other golf courses nearby.

Rental periods: Bridgend Court is offered on a flexible basis, by the week from Saturday to Saturday, either as a holiday let or as short term accommodation for business people.
Service: Should you wish the apartment to be serviced, domestic help is available at a rate of £7 per hour.
Dinner: Fiona welcomes guests for dinner, by arrangement, in the conservatory dining room at her home Mackeanston House should you feel like a meal out, with or without friends, in the beautiful surrounding countryside.
Dinners are charged at £25 per person for four courses, and are prepared using only the best home grown and local ingredients, many of them from her own garden.

The Apartment sleeps up to 4 people. Gas fired central heating throughout.
Guests are welcomed from 2pm Saturday and are asked to vacate by 10am on the day of departure.
Collection of keys is arranged with Fiona at the time of booking.

Off season
31st October - 31st March £280-£375 Reductions can be negotiated for longer term lets.
November to April negotiable, either one winter let, or short lets, prices on request.
Electricity, etc: Electricity, bedlinen and towels are included in the price
Payment details and Cancellation Policy: A deposit of £100 per week is required payable by Mastercard or Visa. This will only be refunded if the week can be re-let.
The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival and will be refunded providing the week is re-let. Fiona recommends that a Cancellation Policy be taken out with Rothwell & Towler email: enquiries@rothwell&towler.co.uk

Where are we?
From the South:
Leave Motorway M9 at Junction 10 (Stirling).
On A84 to Crianlarich.
6 miles further before Doune, turn left on B826 to Thornhill.
From the North:
Leave the main road A9 at Dunblane Junction with A820 to Doune (right) 4 miles through Doune, turn left on A84 to Stirling.
After 1 mile, over narrow bridge and Shell filling station on right, turn right on B826.
Mackeanston House is 2 miles along on the left - follow the farm road on to the private driveway on the right marked Mackeanston House.
Do NOT go straight ahead into the Farm.

In UK law once a booking is made there is a contract between yourself and the Proprietor. If the accomodation is not re-let, in the event of cancellation you are liable to 30% of the total charges within 28 days of the start of your visit, 60% within 13 days and 100% within 48 hours.
Deposits are only refunded if the accommodation is re-let. We recommend that a cancellation policy be taken out with Rothwell & Towler email: enquiries@rothwell&towler.co.uk
