Arnbeg Cottage is an architecturally designed, self catering luxury farm house conveniently located 10 miles from Stirling and also Balmaha, Loch Lomond. The farm house is set in 50 acres of its own farmland near to the village of Kippen.

If you are looking for an idyllic setting either for a family holiday, special occasion, sporting activity or even a reunion then Arnbeg Cottage is the place for you. With spacious accommodation, dining area and two comfortable lounge areas, we are sure you will not be disappointed with this beautiful farmhouse.

Arnbeg cottage has a well equipped open plan kitchen/dining area, and also has many excellent features including it’s under floor heating system from renewable energy, two wood burning stoves, flat screen TV’s with freeview, iPod docking station and DVD player, all adding to an enjoyable stay.

Arnbeg Cottage’s normal weekly bookings are Saturday to Saturday only (except for Xmas Week)

The farmhouse is also available for 2 nights 3 days weekend bookings at a cost of £500 (subject to availability) - please contact Allison direct to book or for any enquiries.

All Bookings: Please note that £100 refundable deposit is required with final deposit: please refer to our terms and conditions prior to booking.

Complimentary Welcome Pack is provided which includes, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, condiments, bread, free range eggs from Arnbeg ducks and hens, washing liquid, washing powder, oil, cling film, tin foil and cleaning materials.

Bed linen, towels (hand, bath & tea), electricity and heating included in the rent.

We have DIY stabling and grazing available for anyone wanting to bring a horse, with plenty of off road parking for your vehicles (please contact us directly for details and costs). One well behaved dog is welcome - please contact owner directly to discuss, prior to booking.

Relax - in luxury and comfort

Mezzanine Level
This is a cosy upstairs lounge, with seating for 4 - 6 people,flat screen wall mounted tv with freeview, glass balcony allowing you to enjoy the stunning views of the Cruachan Mountain range, especially Ben Ledi, from the large cathedral style windows. As this area is carpeted, we would appreciate it if you removed all outdoor footwear before going upstairs. This also gives you a chance to enjoy the underfloor heating which is throughout all the downstairs level of the cottage.

Downstairs Seating Area
This is a large, but yet cosy, downstairs lounge, with seating for 8 people, woodburning stove, double patio doors. Kick off your shoes to experience the wonderful underfloor heating and chill out with a DVD.

Shower Room (Upper Level)
Large walk-in shower room, large mirror with built-in shaver adaptor, robe hook, free standing towel rail, underfloor heating with tiled floors. Lots of shelf space to put all your toiletries. Hand and bath towels are provided for each person.

Shower Room (Lower Level)
Stunning walk-in shower room, large mirror with built-in shaver adaptor, robe hook, towel holder, underfloor heating with tiled floors. Plenty of shelf space for all your personal toiletries. Hand and bath towels are provided for each person.

About the area

The area is ideal for a variety of activities, with the Loch Lomond National Park and the Queen Elizabeth Forest Park both close by. Or for the budding chef, why not attend a course at the Nick Nairn Cook School which is just a 5 minute drive away and practice your new found skills on the rest of your party in the beautiful open plan kitchen! We are also in an ideal location to access Stirling, Glasgow, Edinburgh & Perth (shopper's paradise!).

Located on the outskirts of the village of Kippen; 10 miles from Stirling and also Balmaha, Loch Lomond, the cottage boasts stunning panoramic views of the Cruachan Mountain Range. Local shops and village pubs 25 min walk or 5 min drive away.
